Seafood Lasagna—Shrimp & crab ricotta rolled in lasagna noodles topped with an herb cream sauce

Vegetable Strudel—Spinach & ricotta mixture, caramelized onions folded in puff pastry, baked to a golden brown over spicy tomato sauce

All sandwiches served with house salad of mixed greens & homemade vinaigrette

Sascha’s Chicken Salad—on multigrain with mixed greens 

Vegetable Wrap—Sliced vegetables wrapped in a flour tortilla with chipotle mayonnaise 

Blue Cheese Tartine—Blue cheese spread, pears, & dried cranberries on multigrain French bread

Ham Tartine—Ham, brie, apples, Dijon mustard on multigrain French bread
